We're looking for a People & Talent Specialist to help GRICH grow. You'll run hiring from first contact to offer, make onboarding smooth and help shape how we work together.
You'll be one of the first people new teammates meet, so care and clear communication matter a lot.
GRICH is an independent mobile game studio from Türkiye. Our fitness app Zevo is live on iOS and Android, and we're building Acorn Mart, a cozy shelf-sorting puzzle game.
Responsibilities
- Run recruiting for open roles: sourcing, screening and interview scheduling
- Keep every candidate informed and treat applications with care
- Plan and run onboarding for new teammates
- Look after employee records and day-to-day people operations
- Help build our employer brand and team culture
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting or people operations, ideally in tech or games
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Organized, discreet and comfortable with confidential information
- Working knowledge of Turkish labour law basics
Nice to have
- Experience hiring artists, designers or engineers
- Experience with employer branding or social media
- Good written English
